When SCENTRE GROUP, the owner/operator of Westfield, the biggest shopping centre portfolio in the country made the call to us, we knew something big was coming. And then when they told us their plans for the largest toy company on the planet, LEGO…well that just made our afternoon. Kidding.
All families were welcome to enter the mini LEGO Friends world in Westfield centres across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA, play with mountains of the latest LEGO, have some photos taken and then were given a free toy bag on the way out. And it was all free. Winning combo!
The only major problem we had to overcome was the sheer number of people wanting to use the booth. So to minimise the time they had to wait line, our solution was to reduce the time each group was inside the booth by 15 seconds. Doesn’t sound like much right but when you have 20 families waiting before your turn and your kids are getting agitated, it worked out that we saved them 5 minutes, ensuring everyone had a smooth and wonderful experience.
